SABUNI YA MTAA

KAZI inafuraha kutangaza kwamba imetoa ufadhili kwa Mikoroshini Women Group, kikundi cha wanawake 10 wanaofanya kazi Ifakara wakitengeneza sabuni. Mradi huu uliidhinishwa kufadhiliwa mnamo Oktoba 2021 wakati kikundi kilipoomba mkopo ambao ungewaruhusu kuongeza uzalishaji wao wa sabuni ambao ni rafiki kwa mazingira wakati mahitaji ni makubwa.

USHIRIKIANO WA UYOGA

Mradi huu unaofadhiliwa na KAZI ulipendekezwa na kikundi cha wanawake kutoka Ifakara ambao walikuwa wakilima uyoga nyumbani. Wazo lao lilikuwa kuunda ushirikiano wa ndani pamoja kwa kuunganisha njia zao za uzalishaji ili kuongeza uzalishaji na kupunguza gharama zao na kukuza mapato yao!

MAJIKO

Jacqueline na timu yake wanatengeneza majiko ya kuni ya kupikia taka. Mkopo utawasaidia kumaliza mfano wa kufanya kazi na kuanza kuzalisha majiko. Uzalishaji wa ndani utapunguza bei na kupunguza utegemezi kutoka nje, jambo ambalo litafanya majiko yawe na bei nafuu kwa watu. Mwishowe, ongeza uwezeshaji wa jamii!

Weavers Project

Meet Upendo women group of Ifakara who requested and was granted an interest-free loan of 2,000,000 TSH for a period of 24 months to increase their capital by buying the necessary raw materials obtained locally at Ifakara used in their stylish art of hand-woven products such as mats, baskets, hats, and straws. 

Carpentry Project

Issa Mpambalioto, 37, a resident of Ifakara in the Morogoro region, always dreamt of owning his own versatile woodworking machine at his workshop

Barbershop Project

Lucian had been working as a barber in a local salon for many years, but he always felt like he was meant for something more. He had a passion for cutting hair, but he also wanted the freedom to run his own business and make his own decisions. He had always dreamed of owning his own barbershop, but his lack of funds made it seem like an impossible dream.

Cocoa Project

Mr. Joipha from Mofu Ifakara just received a game-changing interest-free Loan of 3 million (approx CHI 1'300), which will enable him to set up an irrigation System on his farm.

uzalishaji wa jasi wa ndani

KAZI ilitoa msaada kwa mfanyabiashara mchanga mwenye ubunifu wa kweli kutoka mkoa wa Morogoro. Akiwa na shahada ya kemia na shauku ya makazi, Victor Beda alitaka kutoa njia mbadala endelevu ya uzalishaji wa saruji na mbao zinazotumika katika ujenzi wa eneo hilo. Hili lilikuwa jibu la uzalishaji wa saruji ambao unahusisha kuchoma baadhi ya vifaa na hivyo kuchangia pakubwa katika utoaji wa gesi chafuzi.

Mradi wa tatu unaoungwa mkono na Kazi Startingfund

Frank Matandura ni mtaalamu wa programu za kompyuta ambaye alitaka kuanzisha biashara yake kwa tovuti na ukuzaji wa mifumo ya habari! Mradi wake ulikuwa wa kusaidia nchi za kipato cha chini kufikia uwezo wao wa kukuza uwezo wao wa IT ili kupunguza utegemezi wa teknolojia na maarifa kutoka kwa nchi zingine.

Ushonaji wa Salma

Mradi wa pili unaoungwa mkono na Kazi Startfunding

Salma Msomi ni mshonaji wa Kitanzania kutoka mkoa wa Ifakara ambaye alihitaji kununua cherehani mbili. Lengo lilikuwa ni kuzalisha nguo za ndani kwa ajili ya jamii ili kuepuka kuagiza nguo kutoka sehemu nyingine duniani na kuwawezesha mafundi na mavazi ya asili kushamiri.

Huu ulikuwa mradi wa kwanza kuungwa mkono na KAZI Startfunding

Uzalishaji wa jadi wa michikichi katika mkoa wa Ifakara nchini Tanzania, ukiongozwa na Rozalia Mpangala! Matunda ya mitende huvunwa kutoka kwa mitende ya mwitu inayokua katika bustani, mashamba na miji.

KV HELP PARTNERSHIP

Mnamo 2020, KAZI ilishirikiana na Ukuzaji wa Afya na Maisha wa Bonde la Kilombero, au KV-HELP. KV-HELP ni shirika lisilo la kiserikali linalofanya kazi ya kuboresha afya ya umma na njia za kujikimu kwa wilaya za Kilombero, Ulanga, na Malinyi, zinazounda mkoa unaojulikana kama Bonde la Kilombero. Shirika linajitahidi kuviwezesha vikundi vya wanawake na vijana kwa kuwapatia mafunzo ya ujasiriamali na ufadhili wa kuanzia katika mfumo wa mikopo na taratibu za kuweka akiba katika maeneo ya vijijini.

YOGURT PRODUCTION PROJECT

Vijana Kazi is a group of 15 young people between 20 and 30 years old, created in 2019 with the aim of helping each other in daily life. One of their goals is to develop agricultural and food processing activities together.

The loan from KAZI will enable them to purchase the necessary equipment and products to increase their yogurt production, using milk produced in the Ifakara region.

LOCAL BAKERY PROJECT

Rehema Magoko is a 45-year-old woman from Maendeleo in the region of Ifakara in Tanzania who has been making cakes and bread for five years. The KAZI loan enabled her to acquire a dough-kneading machine necessary for her bakery business. In other words, she now owns her means of production and can carry out her economic activity independently.

INDEPENDENT SEAMSTRESS - SALMA MSOMI (SECOND LOAN)

Salma Msomi is a Tanzanian seamstress from the Ifakara region who repaid her first loan on time (first loan to finance the purchase of two sewing machines) and secured a second loan from KAZI. With a full order book, this second loan will enable her to move from a remote area to downtown Ifakara and thus increase her local production of garments and expand her customer base.
